  We had a great experience with Chad Sands and Prospect Design! After walking the yard and giving him our wish list, he provided an itemized estimate within a week. They completed the job on schedule and his crew was professional and good to work with. Chad and Jose, the site manager, were easy to communicate with. We're pleased with the outcome. Our job included solving some major drainage issues, new sod and plants, mulch and tree trimming. We would work with Prospect again in the future.

  Prospect Design Co did an outstanding job designing and installing our new back patio and grass. From the initial design through the final installation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The finished project exceeded our expectations and completely transformed our backyard. His workmanship was excellent, communication was great throughout the process, and he clearly takes pride in delivering high-quality results. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for this type of work.

  Chad and his team have been great from start to finish. Created a sustainable, low maintenance, within budget design for our front yard. I appreciated the responsiveness and timeliness of him and his team. The install guys were always on time and did an awesome job! Can't wait to see how all the plants and sod grow in overtime. Will definitely use again when we are ready to have our side yard and backyard done!

  I’ve used Prospect Design to landscape both of my houses, and the work has been top-notch both times. They have built retaining walls, created flower beds, sodded, landscaped, hardscaped, and even removed small trees and corralled some out of control bamboo. The owner Chad is responsive and the crew works hard and meet their deadlines. I’ve referred them to family and friends. Cannot recommend them enough.

  We hired Chad Sands / Prospect Design initially to do the design of our backyard... thinking we would install it ourselves. We ended up using him for the full install because he was so professional and willing to work within our budget. His design incorporated all that we asked for (durable for dogs, desire for fruit trees, semi low maintenance, rocks for kids to climb on) and his team was fast, professional, on time and budget. He even discovered that we had an extra 10' on our lot after reviewing our survey. So we were able to move our fence and gain more space - an added bonus! Would definitely recommend Chad and Prospect to anyone looking for professional, friendly landscape design and install.
