One star because of the old, entitled white woman with the short white hair monitoring me at the self checkout like I'm a thief. To her: Maybe you should be watching those people who actually would steal something. Im not sure why you need to scrutinize me scanning my purchases specifically and not the other people occupying the other self checkout stations. You didn't give them a glance. Either you need better people skills or need go work as a security guard.
Shop here if you want to feel like a robber or a thief.

I’m a retired Army Veteran who has a home near Lowe’s Home Improvement Headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina and a home here. In the 25 years that I’ve been a customer I have never been treated the way that I was treated today. I bought a John Deere S130 lawn tractor on Mother’s Day. I picked it up myself. The man loading it up started the tractor and we noticed that it was smoking. The man loading it said oh that’s normal, but if you have any problems with it you can call us and we will come and get it. Well, after the second time of using it I noticed that there was a giant oil spot in my garage. I tried to start it up and move it. I called the store and spoke with Shaquetta and we scheduled a pickup for today between 1:00 and 5:00 pm. Nobody ever showed up! I called again and was told someone was coming at 7:00 pm. Again, nobody showed up! I called the store again at 8:09 pm and was told that nobody was coming and that NOW we have to wait until Wednesday for them to pick up the tractor and will allegedly get the new one at the same time??!!! Well let’s see exactly what happens now! Not happy with Lowe’s at all!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All the way from the assistant store manager Shaquetta to the customer service rep Anita to the garden center associate with the red hair Tammy. I went in for a limelight hydrangea which they were all dead. I asked Tammy who worked in the garden center who agreed and sent me to customer service since she said she was unable to mark down. I went to customer service and met Anita who was helping another customer but yelled to me, what do you need. I said Tammy sent me from garden center. She yelled who is Tammy! Shawquetta overheard the yelling and encouraged the chaos and said nothing to her about her lack of professionalism. Shaquetta went over to find of “who” her associate Tammy was ashen Tammy said well since the manager doesn’t agree, she can’t approve a markdown which she never had the power to decide on. At this point I don’t know how Lowe’s chooses its employees
