    Lowe’s always has the products and services we need for our home at competitive yet reasonable prices. What makes this store so different is their team of associates. They are always so helpful and are knowledgeable when I need guidance on products. Most recently, I had the most exceptional customer service experience. Laurie the manager was phenomenal to work with and truly went out of her way to ensure she did all she can for me. Anita at the customer service desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Palmer, Jose and Elgin. An exceptional team. I highly recommend this store because truly that team cares about their customers and their issues.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered online for pickup at my local Lowes then was notified my order was "reallocated" to this store an hour away from me. I called the store and spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get them to send my items to my local store where I originally was supposed to be picked up. They offered nothing, no help, and the manager hung up on me.

    The drive over an hour to get to this location.They were the only ones that had what I needed and stopped when you go to a big box you have a certain level of expectation of what you're gonna get from the help jose the manager in plumbing in the electrical department was a huge help.

    I have always been a Home Depot girl, but after this past visit, I am 100% converted to Lowe’s especially the one off marketplace Boulevard. I had such a great experience. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the help was amazing especially Larry Morrison. He was incredibly helpful. I was there with my baby struggling to get everything that I needed situated into my car into my car and he was helpful from start to Finish. I will definitely continue to come back to this Lowe’s if you go and you need help look for Larry.
