I had trepidation about using storage facilities, but I have been pleased with service from customer service folks to the site managers. When I wanted a different kind of space that was not available, the site manager helped me find a spot in a different location. Above and beyond this far!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL SEND YOU A POSTCARD AFTER 3 MONTHS THAT COULD EASILY GET LOST OR MIXED IN WITH YOUR JUNK MAIL TELLING YOU THEY'RE DOUBLING YOUR RATES. I JUST HAD A LEAK IN MY STORAGE UNIT AND THEY ACT LIKE THE ONLY SOLUTION WAS FOR ME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER UNIT IN THEIR LEAKY BUILDING. NOW I HAVE TO FORK OUT SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR MOVERS. WHICH I WOULD HAVE HAD TO DO NO MATTER WHERE I STORE THINGS BECAUSE I CANNOT MOVE THESE ITEMS MYSELF. TO TOP IT OFF, THE HALLWAY LIGHTS WERE GOING OFF EVERY FEW MINUTES, SO I COULDN'T SEE TO CLEAN THE WATER OFF THINGS AND ASSESS DAMAGE. KRISTIN SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO - THEY'RE ON A TIMER. SHE SEEMS REMARKABLY UNCONCERNED ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THEY ARE CAUSING ME. AND NO MENTION OF HELP WITH THE COST OF MOVING OR REFUNDING ANY OF MY MONEY - JUST "FILE A CLAIM". YES, THAT WOULD BE EVER SO MUCH EASIER IF I COULD ACTUALLY SEE INSIDE MY UNIT, BUT I GUESS THEY USE THEIR MONEY TO PAY KRISTIN TO SIT BEHIND A DESK RATHER THAN TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN THEIR BUILDING. A PREDATORY BUSINESS RUN BY PEOPLE WHO COULDN'T CARE LESS. And the response to this post that is meant to look like the owner is giving me their personal local phone number and care what's happening - it's a number that is just a recording. I had to spend six hours with my son today taking at least half my belongings out of the unit and throwing away irreplaceable items damaged by water and mold. The rest we had to purchase additional plastic totes to repack - plus we had to tape plastic bags to the chicken wire to try to prevent further leakage because it's raining again tonight (Sunday, June 14th) and the owners had Friday and Saturday to get someone out there to at least put a tarp on that part of the roof, but did not because I took photos of the roof.
