  We hired Aqua Design Pools & Spas, LLC in Cumming after interviewing 5+ other pool contractors, and they were the clear winner. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but their professional approach and attention to detail checked every box for us. Faye was incredible during the entire design and permitting process—her communication was outstanding and she stayed so organized that everything moved smoothly. Once construction started, she handed us off seamlessly to Fallon, who was equally fantastic: super responsive, highly organized, and handled every question or construction detail with ease. We especially appreciated that owner Mark personally stopped by multiple times to make sure the build was going exactly as planned. He quickly addressed any issues that came up and kept the project moving forward in the right direction. The service team brought it all across the finish line perfectly. Blake’s “Pool School” was outstanding—he explained everything in plain language so we feel fully equipped for years of easy pool maintenance. If you’re in the Cumming or North Atlanta area and looking for a pool contractor you can actually trust, go with Aqua Design Pools & Spas. From the first meeting to the final hand-off, the entire team made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  If I could give 10 stars I would! The whole team start to finish were amazing. From Design , Faye, Fallon, Mark, the WHOLE construction team, to Blake in service and training - all exceptional! This is the 2nd pool Jeff and Delinda have done for us! We couldn’t be happier! You won’t find a company that will do a higher quality job!

  Highly recommend this team for any pool installation. They are extremely professional, maintain excellent communication, and follow through on every commitment. Given how significant and stressful a pool project can be, I felt completely confident in my decision and would not hire anyone else.

  We relocated to Gainesville from Tucson this past summer and called several pool companies to set up maintenance and most likely future upgrade to the pool/equipment. We were most impressed by Aqua Design's knowledge and desire to provide the best possible service. As the temperatures dropped recently we had some unexpected struggles with our pump, electrical panel and anti-ice system over the Christmas/New Year holidays. The possibility of frozen pool lines is a nightmare and we had a few nights of sitting and watching to be sure the equipment turned on and off as it should. They were responsive every time we called to ask questions or have them come by to check that things were running as they should. Specifically their tech, Skylar, worked out all the recurring problems and so far we are in good shape. We also learned that despite being in the typically warm state of Georgia, we need to winterize our pool going forward. Thank you to everyone at Aqua Design for your patience and responsiveness!!!

  From start to finish, Aqua Design Pools & Spas exceeded every expectation. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about delivering a quality product. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and they were always happy to answer questions or offer helpful suggestions. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch—the finished pool looks incredible. They stayed on schedule (which was quicker than all other pool companies we interviewed), kept the work area clean, and followed through on everything they promised. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work, great customer service, and integrity so seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them without hesitation!
