  A tech stopped by my shop today to let me know our bill was not paid and they were coming by to notify companies that if they didn’t pay their names would be sent to a debt collector. I am not sure who is in charge of the company billing system but The whole situation was a big inconvenience for me. A tech did come out on 2/14/19 to swap out a fire extinguisher and my bill was paid on 2/21/2019. The guy that stopped by the shop gave me a number to a lady name McKenzie and told me to call her. I called her minutes after speaking to him and I still didn’t receive a call back from her. I also called the owner of the company to find out what was going on because he was the person I called on 2/21/201 to pay my bill and he sent me my authorization number through text. The issues I have with this company stems from the owner to the guy that stopped by the shop. The guy who stopped by the shop tells me over the phone that the company has been trying to get into touch with me regarding this matter (lies) no one has contacted me or tried contacting me about this bill that has been paid. If they would have I would have given them the authorization number and also a copy of my credit card bill where the bill was paid. The other issue was with the owner ( Joel ). I spoke with him today July 2 and this man lacks customer service skills. When I did pay the bill her did say thanks but I had to ask him for a conformation number.I spoke with him and he ask me who was the tech name and if I knew the invoice number. I informed him that all my business paperwork was home and I was out running errands. I did know that amount when he asked me and asked if I could send him a copy of the invoice, but he proceeds to say so you don’t know the invoice number or the tech name But you said you paid it. He acts as if I’m walking around with the invoice on me. I did send him a copy and hopefully they get it straight at that company. I would not be referring them to anyone else or using them again. This is a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time. I am glad I got a authorization number and that is something I’m glad I asked for.
