Although I had a good experience with the associate who helped me, I am giving this place a one star because they went up on the price AFTER I signed up for service. I got a letter in the mail that stated my monthly price was going to go from $109- to $189 because my “promotional price” was ending. When I signed up I was never told that the price I was told up front would be on a promotion. I was told that it would be $109 monthly! Had I known that I would’ve went somewhere else. I don’t like their bait and switch tactics. I think that was very unprofessional!
