- JEJama EcholsAug 26, 20261.0Not very happy at all. My fridge quit working, they took it to repair it and when they brought it back it looks like they picked it up from a scrap yard! Called to report it to the manager and was told basically that there is no way her driver of 23 years would have damaged the fridge. My husband DID tell them before they left it had a dent in it; they left anyways. When it was unwrapped after they left, we discovered the extensive damage. See the photos below of my fridge the day they took it. Pristine condition. See what they just brought me back! This is clearly damage from the dollys they used to load and unload the unit. Now I get to sit and wait and continue to pay for something THEY damaged while they decide what to do. I have also contacted the corporate office. I don't take lightly to this happening. Simple care for someone's property could have been utilized to prevent this from happening.

On the 8th they called saying they was going to come take my kids beds. The manager I believe is Sherry or something like that is very unprofessional and has no compassion. I have dealt with aarons more than once. Paid off accounts and all. Never had an issue with any location except this one. They are terrible

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
