Pro desk was zero help as well as staff that works in lumber who when asked where the t1-11 is replied what is t1-11
Told him take picture of sku, Brought to pro desk , got told at pro desk they couldn't help completely wasted half of my day, it said online they had it in stock
When got to store they claim the computers dont work , very UNPROFESSIONAL

My husband and I were buying some lumber and we were putting in our truck. There were a couple of employees that were just standing there watching us but there was an employee that came walking out of the building, this one young man by the name of George just walked up to us and started helping and that’s without us asking him. That is how customer service is done! That young man was raised right! Thank you George for your help!

Yes it’s annoying not to be able to find an associate to ask a simple question on most of the time the people working in the aisle don’t even know anything about the products they stacking , what is happening with this stores ? , spent more than an hour trying to find some one to ask about a simple door size not that difficult of a question and still no one showed up , plus there is no button or something to call for assistance , I’m a constant customer but this is getting ridiculous Lowe’s needs to hire more employees and stop with this greedy business practice , yeah those things don’t work even after they just put them up 🙄, I’m sure this comment won’t get a reaction but Jesus guys pay attention to costumers

If there was such thing as something less than one star, I would leave it. To say the customer service at this store is a joke would be an insult to comedians. The amount of times I’ve been in the store and been unable to find someone to assist me, As well over 20 . Although I must admit in most cases, it would be better if you did not get someone to assist you there is because they literally have no idea what they are talking about. I would go somewhere else, but unfortunately, the independence have been ran If not out of business to the point where they literally do not stock anything. This is the only Lowe’s I’ve ever shopped at if they’re all like this I do not understand how the chain stays in business, Terrible service their prices are ridiculous. If If I can find the products elsewhere, they’re always less expensive, if you can shop somewhere else you need to. The only way it’s possible for these good reviews to actually be real. Is that the people that made the reviews have no idea what they’re talking about or they’ve never shopped anywhere else..
