Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant, and it’s clear that she takes pride in helping customers. Customers need to be more understanding retail is very overwhelming I did it for years. She was still nice after dealing with a very unpleasant customer.

While some of the cashiers have always been kind and helpful, the overall customer service from management has been a major issue. This store used to feel much more welcoming when Garrett was the manager. Since then, every visit has felt stressful and unpleasant. The management team does not seem customer-focused, and I often leave feeling frustrated instead of valued as a customer. I have contacted corporate twice about my concerns, but it feels like nothing has changed. I understand Hobby Lobby is a Christian-based company, but I believe that should also be reflected in how customers are treated and how leadership represents the company’s values. I continue to shop at this location only because it is sometimes more convenient than driving to McDonough, but I honestly dread going there. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful, welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
