  We had the best experience with Melissa! She was knowledgeable, professional, and shared all the info we needed to know with us. She encouraged us to do our research and come back when we were ready. She also made sure we got the best deal possible. She made buying a mattress for the first time less stressful!

  Everyone needs a Melissa in their corner. She is a gem. My husband and I had been looking for a matress and we're super frustrated, and annoyed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Melissa and I told her what I did not want and she listened. She is extremely knowledgeable, funny, super nice, honest, patient, and just a good human being. We ended spending a long time in the store, and she made sure we were super comfortable even down to the pillows. We purchased a bed and Def will be coming back to her for anything else we need. Your company is lucky to have her!

  Sleep center is the best place to get your sleeping needs . Chloe and her team will make sure you get the mattress that is right for you . They truly care about you the customer . In a day when customer service lacks not at sleep center the team here cares about YOU The same owner has owned sleep center 20 + years ago . That says a lot about a business. Buying a mattress is a big investment so go to sleep center they will make sure the purchase you make is best for you .

  We just bought our second mattress here and are happy about it already even though we still have yet to make an assessment on it. I’m pretty confident that we picked the right firmness, but if not, they have a solid swap program with Tempur Pedic, so i’m not stressed about it at all. A buddy who broke his back had recommended going to The Sleep Center a few years ago, and i’m glad he steered me their direction. The folks there are super knowledgeable when it comes to getting you the right match for your bed. I just learned about their Pillow Program and am trialing a gel pillow; this is super helpful for me because I’ve had a shoulder injury in the past and it’s such a pain buying pillow after pillow normally until I find the right one that pairs with my bed. With the program, I get to really trial different options before making the purchase, rather than just feeling them in the store. I highly recommend these folks!

  Melissa Townsend is the lady to see for all your mattress needs. She took time to answer all of are questions. The whole process went so smoothly and we were able to find the perfect bed for my father. You couldn’t beat the price or the quality of the products they offer. The sleep center cares about veterans. I also have to give praise where it is due. Our delivery guys, Zach and Shelby, were amazing! They got here on time, was respectful and put everything together for us. A true definition to southern hospitality.
