  I had a great experience working with Melissa Townsend at The Sleep Center in Columbus, GA. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the different mattresses and options. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the whole process smooth and easy. If you're looking for a new mattress or bedding, ask for Melissa — she's the best! Highly recommend The Sleep Center because of her excellent service.

  We had the best experience with Melissa! She was knowledgeable, professional, and shared all the info we needed to know with us. She encouraged us to do our research and come back when we were ready. She also made sure we got the best deal possible. She made buying a mattress for the first time less stressful!

  Everyone needs a Melissa in their corner. She is a gem. My husband and I had been looking for a matress and we're super frustrated, and annoyed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Melissa and I told her what I did not want and she listened. She is extremely knowledgeable, funny, super nice, honest, patient, and just a good human being. We ended spending a long time in the store, and she made sure we were super comfortable even down to the pillows. We purchased a bed and Def will be coming back to her for anything else we need. Your company is lucky to have her!

  This store is awesome. Great customer service, good prices, and fast delivery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Columbus to buy a quality bed.

  My wife and I are Sleep Center customers for life. The customer service here is outstanding. Ramon and Jason have the kind of "make it happen" and "can do" attitude I have come to appreciate with local businesses in Columbus that I have not found elsewhere. And, Kristian Ciesielski's experience below is not an exception. Jason sold us our first mattress; he was informative, professional, patient while we tried pretty much every mattress in the store, and very helpful. When we bought a new mattress and frame extender for our guest room for an antique bed, Ramon fixed a problem with our mattress that was our mistake after we saw that the mattress was too high for the headboard without question. Jason and Ramon are awesome and are the reason why we go to the Sleep Center for all our mattress needs.
