    Went in for a pickup order of 15 rocks. The order was marked as complete 5 minutes after I said I arrived. I did not receive anything. Was waiting in the car with my wife and 3 month old son and decided to go inside. Inside they told me “it was likely picked up by someone else” - I then waited for them to verify but never got verification. I got back in line and explained the situation again as it had been over 90 minutes and my wife and infant son were waiting for me. I then got to speak to Alecia the assistant manager. Alecia held zero responsibility and accountability for the situation as I asked for a refund. Instead, she attempted to make me feel responsible for the situation. I had to either get refunded or receive the items, so I waited. Alecia then told me “I would have to review the tapes, I’m doing you a favor” and to go to the garden center to receive the rock. Ridiculous response and she probably didn’t understand the situation. Horrible experience all around.

    I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Paris. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting us with our washer and dryer purchase. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision. It’s not often you come across customer service like that these days. If you’re shopping at Lowe’s, I definitely recommend asking for Paris. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free!

    I get it it’s Columbus, GA. What should’ve i expected when the employees are who they are. But yeah, Interesting experience at Lowe’s today. Apparently counting to 9 became a group project. I repeatedly stated I had 9 items, yet the employee confidently insisted there were 11, recounting multiple times with a nasty attitude each round. After finally realizing the count was, in fact, 9, there was no apology — just more irritation and unprofessional behavior. The frustration seemed less about the item count and more about struggling to operate the register/computer system. Customers should not have to deal with attitude because an employee cannot handle a basic transaction correctly or count. Perhaps if her nails weren’t that long she could operate the scanner and computer.

    I made a mistake and did not purchase a major appliance from a local vendor like Daniels Appliance. Do not purchase a major appliance from Lowes. The return/replace policy is 48 hours. I purchased a dryer approximately 7 days ago and after the first use the dryer barrel broke. I contacted the LG manufacturer and LG refuses to acknowledge/honor their warranty and refer all issues back to Lowes. When I call and ask for support from Lowes I am referred back to LG who again refuses to honor their warranty and sends me back to Lowes for support. I am frustrated by the lack of support from both Lowes and LG. Save yourself headache and frustration and do not make the same mistake I did and purchase a major appliance from Lowes. I am disappointed in Lowes customer service and I am equally disappointed in LG customer service. I do not have the words to adequately express that all current and future customers who shop for major appliances at Lowes do so at their own peril. Do not do business with Lowes if you are purchasing a major appliance.

    I paid for a John Deere riding lawnmower the first part of April. It was supposed to be delivered April 23. I got a text confirming the delivery date and was told I would get a message the day before the delivery date giving me a four hour delivery window. I never got that message. I called Lowe’s on the day of the delivery (because I didn’t hear from them) and discovered that my delivery day had been changed to April 25. There was zero communication from Lowe’s informing me of the delivery day change. I went to the store to speak to somebody about why the day was changed because I couldn’t get past the “AI assistant” on the phone. Come to find out they didn’t have the lawn mower in stock so they had to order one then assemble it then deliver it. I rearranged my whole schedule to wait for a lawn mower that did not even exist and nobody from Lowe’s took the time to tell me it didn’t exist. I have now wasted a whole day because the people at Lowe’s do not know how to communicate with their customers. I feel like I communicated with them pretty well when I told them to keep their lawn mower and give me a refund. Don’t think I’ll go back to Lowe’s. There are plenty of other options.
