Inially inquired online, the rep was very helpful. Once I contacted the local facility, Dasha, the process was quick & easy. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She actually found me a more convenient unit which I greatly appreciated. The unit was exactly what needed clean and climate controlled. Carts are available for use also has very reasonable access hours. If a controlled climate is needed I definitely recommend.
