I met with Kenny and he was able to come out and assess my windows and then rather than doing a sales pitch he actually talked and listened to me. Advised on best options and let me make my decision without pressure. That part I really appreciated! Then I got to meet Virginia and she’s absolutely lovely. Just a great conversation, she answered any questions I had. When the shades came, i was booked within a day or so. The guys came out at 9am and were done in less than a hour! The shades look AMAZING!!!! The color, placement and overall feel of them..I love it! Thank you so very much!
