- SSSarah SotoJul 22, 20211.0This place is very unprofessional. They give you a set time that they will be delivering something, ends up being a all day thing and that’s if they actually deliver it! I was supposed to have my washing machine taken to get fixed. They were late picking it up….left me with a small beat up washing machine while mine gets fixed. Then I was told that I would be receiving my washer between 10am-12 today! Here it is almost 3 pm and I haven’t received a phone call about why they are late or nothing!! Definitely would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and they absolutely do not care about their customers or their time!

I bought a living room set and bedroom set had to pay a month in advance which is perfectly fine. After 2 weeks of waiting finally got the living room set. Bedroom set never came on the truck. Kristi keep saying it will be in next Monday. Well next Monday never came never got it. So after complaining umteen times she gave me credit back for the bedroom set. The following month we had an emergency I tried calling Kristi from the 2cd till about the 12th to let her know what was going on and I would pay my payment on the 19th along with any late charges. Finally around 14th got hold of her an she stated I need to talk to my account manager cause she doesn't deal with this. So I spoke to him he stated I got to ask Kristi but didn't think she would wait that long. So I'm now scratching my head cause Kristi just said she doesn't handle this stuff. Now it starts I get a demand letter certified mail, someone from there calls my phone like 3 times a day they either let my phone ring once an hang up or I answered and they hung up. I started just letting voice mail get it never once left a message as a professional would do. Finally I just called and told them to come pick it up I'm done. Now its the 18th no one knows anything and i still have the merchandise. All I see on these reviews is thanks we will look into this. If the owner ceo or whoever it is cared about the customer the problem would be fixed not looked into. I wouldn't advise anyone to come to this rude disrespectful place. Go elsewhere. Obviously higher management dont care.just read the reviews.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
