Ordered a delivery for same day by the time the site said but it wasn’t delivered. Then when the delivery arrived the next day, the entire ordered hadn’t been pulled. Spent 45 min on a bot and customer service, then was told the remainder wouldn’t deliver today but in 24 hours I would receive a call from the store when they would. So I wait and my weekend to get yardwork done is gone.
Obviously the manager isn’t managing staff or double checking orders to verity they are complete. Full failure on the staff and their work.
I do not recommend doing business Lowe’s on Peachtree Chamblee Rd in Brookhaven/Atlanta. Their attention to detail and ability to provide a complete service is missing.
Ok today is 8/17 and the customer service promised the store would call me about the missing items. It’s 6:49 pm and no call. I followed the response instructions to email the customer care at Lowe’s and get a reply that it will take me 14 days before they respond.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They fail.

Absolutely terrible customer service. As a Pro customer, I had to wait over 40 minutes just to pay for my items while several employees stood around doing nothing. Every time I asked for assistance, I was simply told to keep waiting. No one seemed to care about helping customers or respecting their time. This is completely unacceptable, especially for Pro customers who spend a lot of money here. If this is how Lowe’s treats its loyal customers, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Management seriously needs to address the lack of urgency and poor customer service at this store.

Some of the worst customer service. Changed the delivery date of my large flooring order last minute without notifying me and I spent over 2 hrs on hold with customer service at the chamblee location trying to rectify it. Call dropped by them 3 times. Extremely frustrating. Will avoid business with them in the future
Edit to add that after it was rescheduled- husband waited along with contractor for it all day- never came. Called Lowe’s again and was told they never received it from the vendor but they send me a message saying it was out for delivery. Unbelievably poor experience. Never again.
The only helpful person in all of this was Kyle from the pros desk who came in at the very end to sort out this fiasco.

I purchased a new front door from this location that including installation. I feel that the installation job was subpar. There’s a half inch gap between the threshold of the door and the front porch. The installer did not care. He also placed Wood below the concrete level, which is going to be proned to rot. On the inside, above the door, the trim was too small and I have about a half an inch above the door that now is gonna require that wall to be painted. The door, which is a front entrance door is loose and not tight like you would expect. This Door is going to have a short lifespan or I’m gonna have to pump more money into it. I sent a rating to Lowe’s in response to their request and it appears to have been lost. I explained the whole situation and took my time to do this. Now they send me another request for a rating as if they misplaced the first one. I’m thinking that perhaps they accidentally deleted it. Years ago, I bought new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops with installation from a different Lowes location and everything went well, but not this time. Also, they charge me extra for dealing with lead base paint, but when the installer got here, he knew nothing about it. He went ahead with the installation without doing anything special for the lead based paint. Luckily, I had purchased some plastic drop cloths just in case and was able to cover several of the items in my living room, but this was very much a lesser option than what they should have done because the problem with lead base paint has to do with the dust cloud. Very disappointed.
