- GVGinger VaughnMay 13, 20261.0I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s with delivery and installation and parts needed to do that. When the delivery truck arrived, they seemed in a rush. They did put the washer and dryer in the spots designated for them, but they did not install them for different reasons. I have been trying for days, and Lowe’s customer service keeps promising a manager will call me back to schedule. Working with Lowe’s delivery has been frustrating to say the least.

- AKAmy KeetonApr 24, 20261.0Lowe's has become a low class business. I had purchased a 2 pack of refrigerator water filters. The second filter was defective. The water filtered through it had a strong, unpleasant after-taste. I did not have the receipt. The cashier was able to pull up my purchase history and did see that I had purchased this item. I wanted to exchange this defective filter for a new LifesGood filter. I brought the cashier a single filter from the store so she could scan to give me credit towards a new LG proper filter and the cashier would not give me credit for the defective filter. Apparently Lowe's does not value customer loyalty and has become greedy. I will start shopping at Home Depot. They provide great customer service and value customer loyalty.

So I needed to get them cut again, but after asking 3 times nobody ever showed up to cut them. I come back the next day, and still waiting for someone to show up to cut them. It's just 2 plywood squares, how can they even manage to make this so difficult.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
