Very clean space, no bad or weird smells, and staff has always been friendly and helpful. There’s space for truck unloading and plenty of flat carts to roll stuff inside. The only issue I have is with the app sometimes (letting me through the main gate) but it’s just slow. After a few minutes of refreshing, I’m able to get in.
Remember your manual code number just in case you leave your phone in your storage unit and can’t get back in without staff assistance like I did!
