LaQuinta was absolutely amazing throughout my move-in process! I was incredibly stressed trying to move while transitioning between condos, but she made the entire experience so much easier.
Her customer service was exceptional she was patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed, even when I kept changing my mind about the unit size. She actually took the time to sit down with me, go through my belongings item by item, and make sure I chose the right storage unit without paying for more space than I needed.
She truly went above and beyond to find an option that fit both my storage needs and my budget. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, and definitely ask for LaQuinta. She provides outstanding customer service and genuinely cares about helping her customers!

I rent a unit at the Extra Space storage at 3693 Clairmont rd , Chamblee, Georgia and the AC has been out off and on for over a month. Extra Space storage advertises AC and charges quite a bit more that other storage companies in part because it has air conditioned facilities. I have items in my storage unit that are sensitive to heat and I was willing to pay extra for the AC. I feel that it is unacceptable that the AC has not been reliable especially since it is July and the outside temperature is over 90 degrees during most days. When I visited my unit over the weekend the temperature on the 4th floor was in the high 80's. Under the present circumstances I would discourage anyone who wants to store temperature sensitive items from renting from Extra Space storage.
