  Jonathan does an outstanding job\! He is always thorough, professional, and takes the time to make sure our pool is cleaned the right way\. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and we truly appreciate the care and attention he gives every visit\. What really sets Jonathan apart is that he takes the time to explain what services he’s performing and why they’re important\. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions\. It’s refreshing to have someone who is so reliable, personable, and dedicated to service our pool\. Highly recommend

  Artistic built our pool. The finished product turned out good. The quality of the pool limestone could have been better. 2 years in and can already see will need attention again. The jandy pool pumps are great but the floor cleaner is worth every cent. No robots needed. Works flawlessly. I have to mention Andrew, he’s the service manager. He is a shining reflection on Artistic. He is responsive. Until Andrew was on board, messages - text and calls - went unanswered for days. I’ve reached out to him - Andrew- several times in the past two years with “problems” and has always called me back. Patient and sooo helpful to resolve problems. A year ago, one of the Jandy pumps was defective. Andrew replaced it - it was defective- before I knew it was a problem. I have nothing but kind words for Andrew. He’s a 5 star manager. Artistic Pools new construction gets a 3 star rating Artistic Pools Andrew, service manager and his responsiveness is a 5 star.

  Andrew was very helpful teaching us the ins and outs of our pool systems and providing the recommended service. We Appreciate how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable he was.

  Built a fence over the property line by a foot. Denied it. Only moved it after being forced. Tried to make it a foot taller than code/permit allowed. City of Decatur had to chase them to get it fixed.
