  I had an excellent experience with Servco. They were the company that Tempur-pedic used to repair an issue with their adjustable bedframe. Servco has different subcontractors that work under their umbrella. The repairman that helped me was excellent. He was professional and friendly. I'd gladly use him again.

  My daughter called on Monday because my recliner was not working properly. Buttons were not performing the right operation and I was nearly on the floor. I am 88 and in assisted living. A tech was suppose to come out because I am not able to take the required photos of my recliner and the tag. No one has come. My daughter lives out of state. She called again Thursday and now it will be another 2-3 business days before a tech can come out. Serveco sold me a policy for the recliner, how can they not know what type of recliner it is. This is the only chair I have to sit in and I am supposed to elevate my legs. It should not take a week for someone to come out for a repair. I would not recommend Serveco. They are not interested in service.

  I was shocked that my beautiful white recliner motor was still under warranty. The part arrived in days, then the repair man a couple days later. I love you that it was for free. I am amazed.

  So I bought a couple of La-Z-Boy recliners and they made this terrible clunking sound. I thought they were broken so I called Servpro to do the repair. They sent out a charming, knowledgeable, helpful young man who handled everything in a matter of moments. He explained how the chair worked, he showed me how the chair worked, he showed me how to minimize the clunking noise and did everything with a big beautiful friendly smile.

  Serveco is known to sell their warranties and deny them for any reason they see fit to not have to cover your items. Do not purchase a warranty through them or lazyboy, should have done more research before wasting the money.
