  This a joke of an organization and a headache not worth dealing with if you can avoid them. We purchased a couch at Steinhafels that ended up needing a part fixed. It's a couch that has a mechanical recline option and one of the buttons that puts the feet part up and down went out. This happened back in June 2026. I'm writing this review in October 2026 and we're still dealing with them trying to "fix" or "repair" it. At first the technician came and did next to nothing. Said we needed to order a part. Contacted ServeCo and they said the part was on backorder so it would take a few weeks. Granted this entire time the part of the couch was fully reclined and couldn't be reset without this piece. We reached out a few weeks in to get a status update and to ask for a tech to come out and at least try to manually put the legs down so we can sit in it. Technician came and essentially broke the seat (back support fully leaned in and seat caves in when sitting in it). Called ServeCo again to check after a few months and apparently the piece that needed to be ordered was never ordered on their end!!! So not only did they never order the piece on their end, a piece that would take a few weeks to ship, but their attempt to manually fix or reset the furniture ultimately made it worse and unable to be used. It has been over 4 months of hell dealing with this God awful organization trying to fix one part of a couch. If you ever are offered any protection plan from a furniture store and that plan is with ServeCo, do NOT buy it. You might think having this offers some peace of mind if anything were to happen to furniture that's already so expensive as is but the "peace of mind" is nothing but a false sense of relief because it will be more stressful and annoying having to actually go through these clowns to fix something.

  This company is a joke of a warranty. There is no service what so ever. They won't answer calls and won't return any. I take all the pictures of my faulty recliner included the p/n's and everything only for them to send a tech out a month later to say it needs a part. WOW a genius. I had already told you that and sent you the photos of what had to be replaced. Now we sit again with no answers. Bought the extended warranty from Kanes Furniture and will make sure never to do business with them either.

  Took 5 months for my bed massage to "arrive" Took 2 months to find a tech to install it Gave me 2 day notice when they got the tech Now I can't find the part , tech is here , I'm pissed. Terrible I mean god awful company. Also have to re call them to make sure everything is still in motion

  Solid company with great support! They responded so quickly and were able to get us the missing parts so quickly. I definitely recommend doing business with this organization. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and prompt in their reply. A+

  This is my second time using this company the company I bought my bed from contracts with them to make repairs. The first time the guy showed up. I told him what the problem was. He said he’ll go to his truck to call the company. He’ll be right back and he left my home never came back about a week later they sent somebody else out and didn’t Repair this time. I had to wait two weeks they said they’ll be here between 12 and four didn’t show up so I called them. They said somebody I would be out by 7 o’clock very unprofessional. Please don’t use these people whatever you do please don’t use these people.
