  Horrible customer service and this company does not stand behind their warranty. I filed. Claim two weeks after receiving a brand new couch and uploaded all the photos they requested. Just got word they won’t cover scratches which are clearly part of the $800 full service warranty I purchased. This company is a major rip off. Stay clear of them.

  Tony repaired my recliner quickly and efficiently. He had to replace the motor and even put out the box and the motor for recycle for me. It was a great experience. Thanks very much.

  Apart from the technician tracking system software which seems to be an issue as of late with time and distance accuracy, each technicians experience, knowledge, efficiency with pleasantries are top notch. Jose installed our new equipment today for our battery powered recliner and also helped me consolidate the many cords and find battery storage within the chair I was unaware of when it was initially delivered. He knew what to do and was in and out within less than 15 minutes. Impressive.
