- RHRichard HarrisAug 22, 20265.0If you are looking for the best pool company in town, the Brown's Pools and Spas retail store in Carrollton is it. After frustrating experiences with four other local companies (Pool RX and Elite Pools, in particular, which were both non-business savvy and do not appreciate their customers), the retail team here was a breath of fresh air. The manager, Melissa, is absolutely stellar—patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. The local staff quickly got me up to speed on chemical applications with a great attitude. That being said, I do want to offer some constructive feedback regarding their service/construction department, which is handled separately and not located in the store. The customer service agents on the phone tend to be short and rush you through the call. Furthermore, I contacted them for a quote on a mastic joint replacement and spoke with Brandon. I took the time to send over all the pictures he requested, but over a year has passed, and I never received a reply or a quote. While the service department clearly needs improvement with their communication and attitudes, I still highly recommend the Carrollton store for your retail needs. Melissa and her team are doing it exactly the way it should be done!

- KGKelly GlantonMay 2, 20265.0Brown's Pool and Spas has been my resource for pool service and maintenance since 2016. The staff is friendly and helpful. This past November I built a new house and pool. I relied on the knowledge and experience of Vince and Priscilla every step of the process. Both were quick to respond to my questions. I am very pleased with my new pool. I highly recommend Brown's Pool and Spas for new pool design and build, service and maintenance.
