  Excellent installation crew. They were friendly, efficient and concerned to do a good job. They did a very good job on clean up. Our outdoor patio lights look great.

  Chip was our Sales Rep and he was amazing to work with! Very thorough and available anytime we had a question/concern. The design he came up with looks amazing on our homes and 2 of our neighbors went with Chip based on our recommendation!

  In early 2021 NightVision Outdoor Lighting installed lights on my fence seven columns and two trees. The crew leader Misa and his team did an exceptional job, and the price was very reasonable. It has been over 5 years now and the lights look as beautiful as they did day one. It had exceeded all of my expectations. Doing the five year warranty if a light needed to be replaced they did so in a timely manner. Everyone that I have spoken with have been friendly and professional. I highly recommend NightVision Outdoor Lighting.

  I was super impressed with the work done initially. I've done 2 packages with them over the past few years. We started in the front and I was so impressed, we hired them for a package in the back last year. What I wasn't really expecting was the limitations of the 1 year warranty. We had an issue with the lights installed in the back- thankfully, they were warranty covered but at the same time, they replaced a bulb in the front. The change was necessary but when combined with the high cost of the service call, it was nearly 1/5 of the original full install to replace defective lights and 1 bulb. As a consumer, I would value a program similar to HVAC, irrigation, or plumbing that offered me a better warranty program and a regular "included" check-up. It seems like a miss and while I knew the cost potential of the visit- it creates a level of lack of options. I want the lights working and I want the company who did the work to stand behind them while building an ongoing relationship where I feel valued. The work was all good and I recommend NightVision, just go into it with eyes wide open: it is a transaction.

  NightVision Team! WOW! After my initial NightVision inquiry re: exterior lighting for my home in Canton, Craig Bridges, Director of Operations, arrived on time, promptly took photos of my home and areas where I wanted increased lighting and advised me that he would create a premium lighting design for my review. Very soon thereafter, I received a lighting design proposal that I totally LOVED based on my preferences which I'd communicated to Craig. I 100% agreed that his proposed addition of 21 lights to my home would look aesthetically awesome, plus would enhance nighttime security - a Win Win! I contacted GA-811, as requested, to identify utilities underground locations to prevent any digging concerns. Craig and I agreed on an installation date of 8/13, and promptly at 9am Chris Vasquez arrived with his 3-member team, Chris was well aware of my lighting design and wanted me to clarify where I wanted the transformer box placed. Chris told me that he and his team would be on site until approximately 5pm until full project completion. Chris and team worked diligently and with a high degree of competence - very familiar and well-versed in the entire installation process! At 4:30pm, Chris rang my doorbell, announced that my project was 100% completed - and it was! Anticipating the arrival of dusk, I was anxiously excited to see what NightVision's work would deliver - WHOA! My home was beautifully illuminated like never before! They transformed a dark nighttime house to a glowing and well-illuminated property that looks AMAZING! Many Thanks and Kudos to the entire team at NightVision Outdoor Lighting!
