Yesterday on the phone, MJ was very friendly and walked me through what to expect on my first day at Extra Space. Then today when I went over, Theresa was super helpful, friendly and enthusiastic! She walked with me to my unit, took me to the different entrances and made sure that I knew how to use my code to get in and she demonstrated how to use the lock on my unit. Top notch customer service!!

This was the easiest rental for storage I have experienced in quite a while. Found the one that we wanted in a great location for the move great price locked in for 6 months. Was able to get the web price over the phone and worked with a great agent who helped me to put my son's name on everything so that he could go ahead and get started as he was close to the unit and I was in another location.
He arrived and the manager at the storage unit was so helpful. So nice. Helped him to get everything set up locks and even offered a lock box at the unit in case someone needed to go and forgot the key. This is amazing! So many times looking for a key or someone else has the key. What a great idea!!
