  AMAZING EXPERIENCE — MJ IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! MJ is hands-down the most proactive and knowledgeable storage manager we have ever encountered. As full-time travelers, we rely heavily on storage facilities near our contract locations to hold what won't fit in our Mobile Command Center. We first came to this Canton location during its transition from CubeSmart, following a devastating flood at our previous facility out of state. MJ didn't just onboard us; she completely re-educated us. She shared vital cost-saving tips, insurance nuances, and long-term rental strategies that no other property manager in our years of travel had ever bothered to explain. Fast forward a year: we were actually packed and ready to leave this week due to a standard rate hike. Instead of just letting a tenant walk, MJ proactively reached out to see if we could find a solution. She went completely above and beyond, transitioning us into a different unit right here to keep our costs aligned. She even took the time to educate us on specific benefits available to us as a business. MJ doesn't just manage a facility; she practices true asset stewardship and cares about the people behind the units. If you want your belongings looked after by someone with unmatched expertise and genuine integrity, this is the place.

  Online application process was fast and easy. Wide selection of units, especially the larger size units. Reasonable prices. MJ is extremely helpful and very professional. She recommended several insurance options and I do highly recommend You have the minimum coverage. If it’s valuable enough to store it deserves coverage. The place is extremely clean, very well lit, climate controlled, modern doors ( I recommend their lock), several entrances with a covered loading dock. Carts at the entrances for easy use. Several payment options to fit your needs. MJ made the move in process smooth as silk. Refreshing.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Extra Space Storage facility thanks to MJ and Teresa. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across customer service like this—MJ and Teresa truly care about their customers and it shows. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail made a big difference, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with MJ and Teresa!

  MJ is an absolute gem of an employee and a superhero. Day 1 and she called to welcome me and see if I had any questions or anything. Later, I brought an EXTREMELY heavy dresser to put in my unit which is located in the very back or the building. She saw me struggling on the camera and out of nowhere she was there with tips, tricks, advice, and muscles and saved the day. I absolutely couldn’t have done it without her! MJ is amazing!
