She patiently explained everything clearly, and helped us find the best option for our needs. We were looking at a 10x15, and as she reviewed the current deals, she let us know that a 10x20 was actually cheaper this month! So we got more space for less cost! She also helped us save more by suggesting a multi-month payment option on top of the online discount. We really appreciated her dedication to helping us minimize the cost and maximize the space.
