Most of the products I look for are for growing roses in containers, and many of these materials are difficult to find in the general market or not always easy to order. At SiteOne, I met an employee named Michael White who works at the counter, and I truly want to recognize him for his outstanding service. He has never ignored my questions and always takes the time to help me find exactly what I need, even when it takes extra effort and even when he is clearly busy with other work. People like Michael make customers feel valued and respected. He made me feel that SiteOne is very fortunate to have someone like him on the team. Employees with this level of dedication, patience, and professionalism are rare, and they can truly become key people in a company’s success.   I spent a good amount of time with Mike at SiteOne Landscape Supply, and I really appreciate him. My situation wasn’t simple—I needed a very specific 300 lb+ geotextile fabric for a driveway over a geo-engineered sinkhole. He helped me cut through all the confusion and figure it out. I was also happy to learn they can order exactly what I need. Mike made a big difference.
