I shop at Lowe's at least two to three times a week being in the general contractor
The last was at the Buford Lowe's where customer service representative Aarsh and another front deck Rep helped me with multiple large clearance items. Their knowledge and expertise along with their eagerness to help was over the top. I cannot recommend the store anymore!

Today, I went to Lowe's in Buford, GA to buy 1x4×12 pressure treated wood. They sold me that they don't cut the pressure treated wood. I, then went to the Home Depot in Buford, GA and they cut the pressure treated wood as I requested. Thank you Home Depot for making it easy for the customer.

I went into Lowe’s today expecting to purchase a dishwasher. While over in the section looking at them, there was an associate behind the counter who was helping someone at the time. Well after he was done, he walked off and never asked me did I need any help, like I wasn’t standing there. So I went to check out the other ones that’s for sell which is considered the floor models you can purchase. No one still came over to help me. I decided to leave the store but before I left the section the same associate who seen me the first time made eye contact with me as I was walking away from the floor models and I spoke to him and was completely ignored! He happened to be an older white caucasian guy, so I’m guessing since I was ignored neither asked did I need any help, I take it he must didn’t like the color of my skin(black)!!! So I went ahead and purchased one down the street at Best Buy! After this ordeal I seriously doubt I’ll ever go back to this location!

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's on 6/27/2026 with delivery promised on 7/2/2026. Lowe's uses third parties for delivery and, apparently, RXO is botching this delivery. I was notified that delivery would not happen on 7/2 and would be pushed to 7/5 between 7 am and 7 pm. That window was eventually shortened to 3 pm to 7 pm. On 7/5 at 3:29, I received a call stating that they were delayed and the new window would be 7 pm to 8 pm. At 7:10 pm, I was notified that no attempt would be made on 7/5 even though product was on the truck and it was 9 stops away from my home. I was told that they would reschedule for first available which would be Tuesday, 7/7, or Wednesday, 7/8. I called Lowe's and received zero support. I called their delivery company after being provided a direct number. I spoke to multiple people and still no resolution. Both promised that leadership or management would call me back. Nada. Right now, I am out my money and down a fridge. Very disappointed in Lowe's and even more so with RXO. Unless you are picking up your appliance the day you purchase it, I suggest looking for companies that honor their commitment and support their customers. @lowes @rxo

I've been to Lowe's literally thousands of times but this time was way different. Every single person I spoke to was ready to help. Best attitudes, everyone was cheerful and especially Sean. He was so nice and even though it was scorching hot and he had to walk across the parking lot to the trailers 3 separate times he never had a complaint, only kindness. There was a shift change behind the service desk so I spoke to literally 6 different people and everyone was happy whether coming to work or getting off. Even thought I started checking out with one person and ended with another, everyone made sure the next knew what was happening while the title was being retrieved.
Di, Paul and Sean assisted me in hooking up after my purchase of a utility trailer and locating keys to unlock everything. We had several laughs and as I drove away I was thanked for my business multiple times. Other Lowe's should come here for training.
