The reps at this location are very very nice. My issue is the pricing. Ive been a tenant since 2019 and my rent continues to increase as I see new customer being offered WELL below my rate. Example my unit is $177 and it’s on sale for new customers for $47. Each time I try to contact customer service I am rerouted to the store and they can only “put in a request” it’s very frustrating because the location is convenient but the pricing is not fair. Since I’ve been here there are actually less amenities. Less space to unload because they added mini units. They removed the dumpster and the door won’t hold open on its own! Im confused on why I need to pay more.
