DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING LUMBER. Literally couldn’t do anything, no cutting, no help putting it in your truck, NOTHING!!! I had to haul a 16’ 4x4 piece of wood ALL THE WAY TO HOME DEPOT IN HAMILTON MILL to get it cut. So if you don’t wanna take this as a bad review for Lowe’s, take it as a 5 star review for Home Depot! Thank you Home Depot for reminding why I don’t give my business to Lowe’s!

I placed an online order at 6am that was to be ready for pick up same day; it’s now 6pm, and not only is it not ready, I’ve called customer service 3 times and can’t even get anyone on the phone to check on my order. The first time I called, I was immediately put on hold, transferred around multiple times before the call was dropped altogether. The second time I called, no one even answered the phone. The third time I called, I was immediately placed on hold, and 12 minutes later, IM STILL ON HOLD AS WE SPEAK! Figured I might as well do something productive while I wait, so I wrote this little review. Do better, Braselton Lowe’s!

Mike in lumber was so kind and helpful! I was clearly lost wondering around this store and he came up and asked if I need help. I did my best to describe the part I need that a coworker lost at work. Mike was quick into action and we went looking for the part together. He was very patient and actively listening as I tried to explain what it was a needed. Unfortunately everything was too big or too small. That's when he found a product that will hopefully work for me needs, just have to cut it into the proper shape. Wonderful customer service from Mike in lumber. He never rushed me and seemed to really want to take the time and help me find the products I needed. More people need to be like Mike. Will definitely be back for my other hardware needs. Thanks again, Mike!

We cant say enough about Marko at this location. He really helped us with the return of our AO Smith hot water heater that died in 5 years. He went above and beyond to help us.
I would have given 5 stars BUT the install company that Lowes uses "all star" was a real rip off and thugs. We have used Lowes for years regarding appliances. However Lowes does not employ their own delivery and installers anymore and that has driven us to Home Depot.
