During one of my breaks at work, I drove over to Extra Storage. One because my mother discovered this place and introduced it to me when I have to move the first time. Now I'm moving again but had too much to go through as of late, so the ideal thing for me to do (other than throw it all away) was to get a storage unit. Because of her experience, I knew the first place I wanted to go and omg, wait till I tell you! The person I met in the office was store manager Clay Garrett. This professional made me feel so welcomed, he asked questions, and gave you his undivided attention. Then after telling him what I was looking for, he took me on a tour. The first storage unit he shown me was THE perfect size and was what I was looking. FINALLY, someone that gets it!!! With this, had me feel like a gigantic weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I can breath. Everyone knows that moving can be very stressful. I don't know what other experience could top the hospitality that was bestowed upon me. It was quick, the pricing is reasonable, but if customer service treats you like that...then I don't want to think of where I'm going next. I'm staying put, because I love it here. And I haven't even put my things in the unit yet, LOL.
