  We were looking to furnish a house as quite new to Athens - when a few people recommended Adcock. So glad they did. We were struggling to find a rug for our living room and Carla recommended one for us - one we would never have selected and we love it. Trey in the outlet store has been a delight and helped us buy some gorgeous leather lounges. We saw a dining room for sale on the web and he ordered it in for us at a better price. Some lovely kitchen stools, umbrellas - fantastic bedroom set.. Before they delivered.. they checked the product was not damaged.. Just good service.. delivered on time and good communication. We did not have the same experience with Wayfair.

  If you want high-quality furniture that will last multiple decades, this is the place to go. Upon moving to Athens, one of my first tasks was to purchase an L-Shaped desk for my home office. It is the nicest piece of furniture I have ever bought. Leron was very knowledgeable about the product, and he answered all of my questions about the company that made the desk (Archbold- an Amish company in Ohio), the delivery fee, the warranty, and financing (at 0% interest for 12 months). Most importantly, Leron and the other salespeople do a great job of showing customers the product choices and then telling customers where to find them if any questions arise. Then, they leave the customer alone for a while and do not hover them. As a frugal consumer who makes slow, deliberate, and careful decisions, I really appreciate the low-pressure approach. It took me a couple visits to be 100% sure that I wanted to make this investment, and Leron was very patient with me as I asked lots of questions to inform my decision. He is very personable, and he established a solid rapport with my parents who were in town helping me get settled in to my new home.
