I have a loyal Lowe's customer for years. I wouldn't step into HD. A few weeks ago I went to Lowe's I couldnt get any help NO ONE on the floor. They were all in the back of store partying loud music, eating etc. I got to checkout with what I could find and was disgusted because now I would have to go down the street to HD. I ask cashier were was everyone she said in the back eating....OMG!!! Then I hear her say she want to go back there to eat as well to another employee. I went to HD after many years. I got help and what I need. I said well I try Lowe's again because that were Ive been shopping for years. OMG store didnt have a lot of customers . I had search for help again. I finally find someone and ask for help. He said he would have to call someone. I waited and waited in plumbing area no help came. As I was about to make my way to front another pasted by and I could I get some help in plumber area. He said he would have to call someone. I was LIVID by then and looked down towards the front of store and see the first guy and several other Lowes employees standing around talking. I was DONE!!! So I again had to go to HD. Lowe's customer service/help is AWFUL. I guess I'll be shopping at HD because obviously Lowes care nothing about customer service but pay them to stand around talk. SMDH!!!!

I heard that my girlfriend's door installer said he would be their between 10:00 to 12:00. And the door installer never came she called Kaleb, Elizabeth, and many others but, they gave lack of service, also customer support. Whoever the manager is your doing your job terrible. My girlfriend doesn't deserve this. She needs a refund now! If it was Erica she was probably yelling at your workers.
