So we had gotten this storage to store my baby stuff that my daughter outgrew. Toys books baby clothes. So I didn’t go there for a while cause like the name said it was just “Extra storage” when I finally came because I am pregnant now and wanted to get some of my baby stuff out and EVERYTHING is covered in Rat droppings and the whole unit smells of rat. I see food stuff that we didn’t have in there before which mean the rats were also bringing things into my unit. Nothing is usable in that space anymore NOTHING. I feel that it should be a warning that there are potential rats in the unit and make people aware. Giving the fact that rats causes sickness and especially rats droppings this is absolutely unacceptable. Those pictures are not even half of the stuff

I have to say, I really don't know where all of these positive reviews are coming from. I had a disappointing experience renting from here since day 1. Upon move-in, not only was my "climate controlled" unit was sweltering hot, the interior was so old and dilapidated that pink wall insulstion had browned and was hanging from the walls and falling in pieces all over my items. Due to it being Sunday, I couldn't request to change units until the next day. When I put in the request and came to move units the next weekend, my personal belongings were COVERED in little pink and brown balls of fluff! They moved me to a different slightly better unit. I thought the only thing I had to worry about now was bugs (they are literally everywhere around this property)... but after 2 years, I came to move my items out last weekend, and found rat poop in most of my open boxes. I am disgusted. Customer service was good, but other than that, I 100% do not recommend storing here.
