  Emma Thomas provided amazing customer service from start to finish! She was professional, patient, friendly, and made the entire storage unit process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Emma truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a storage unit and want someone who genuinely cares, ask for Emma Thomas. Highly recommend!

  This was a last minute storage option, but ended up being a great option. The staff was super helpful and informative. The premises looked super clean and well managed. I trust that my belongings will be safe here!

  I came in yesterday and was assisted by LaResa, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to show me every unit I was considering and offered useful advice on storing business supplies efficiently. After spending the entire day exploring other options, I ultimately returned the next day to rent a unit largely because of how welcoming and attentive she was. Customer service is something I truly value when supporting a business, and LaResa made this an easy decision for me.

  I had the best onboarding experience with Laresa. She was very professional but yet seemed like a friend that I had for years. I look forward to using this facility and dealing with individuals like Laresa. You don't receive genuine customer service like this anymore anywhere. Thank you!
