  Im currently between houses and moving to the area. I had a great experience with Your Storage Units Augusta. The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and made me feel comfortable knowing my belongings were being stored in a clean environment. Zoe was especially helpful throughout my time there. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions about the facility/surrounding area and help whenever I needed it. Her customer service really made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean storage facility with great customer service!

  Use the storage unit for about three months very nice and clean place. I got the smallest unit and it was enough to fit all my stuff. Zoe the receptionist was very nice and she was very helpful. Most definitely recommend this place..

  I always have a lovely experience here. The front desk (especially Emma!) is helpful and a delight to chat with. Units are great and climate control is a great plus!

  I couldn't be happier with my experience at this storage facility! The entire property is spotless, well-lit, and exceptionally well maintained. It's refreshing to see a facility that takes such pride in cleanliness and making customers feel comfortable and secure. A special thank you to Zoe for providing outstanding customer service! She was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a great experience even better. If you're looking for a clean, organized, and professionally managed storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. Thanks again, Zoe!
