  I came in with my fiancée to look at units last week and this facility was so nice! Zoe and Emma made sure to explain everything so well and answered all of our questions. They are nice young ladies, I am happy we came here!

  I had an excellent experience with this storage facility in Augusta! The property is clean, secure, and very well maintained. What really made the experience stand out was Emma. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. If you're looking for a safe, reliable storage unit with outstanding staff, I highly recommend this place.   I had a super great experience with this facility! Zoe was extremely helpful and professional, answering all my questions regarding the area and how to get everything started, as I'm looking to move to the area. It's not often you find someone who care enough to be knowledgeable and genuinely friendly.
