I was returning product wood stain because they delivered the wrong stain colors and she just started arguing with me about it and she was refusing to help. I showed her my receipt and she still was arguing with me and didn’t care about Lowe’s policy. I had to ask for help from another worker who told her there was nothing wrong with the product I was returning and helped me. I hope she finds another job that’s not in customer service because she bad at it. People don’t deserve to get treated that way.

My first encounter is when returning an item the staff didn't acknowledge me just stood there until they were called out about there rudeness and ignorant. The second time, ordering over $1000.00 worth of merchandise, over the phone and wanted it delivered, staff place me on hold and never return to complete the transaction. While still on hold, I drove to the store asked for the manager. Showed him my phone which I was still on hold. Explained that the customer service in this store is horrible, they are rude, ill mattered, and uneducated. I immediately, cancelled my large order at this store. I will not shop at this store. So, I went to Home Depot, where customer service staff are polite, courteous and welcoming.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
