We manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the Atlanta area, and squirrel intrusion has been a recurring issue at several sites—attic damage, noise, and contamination that tenants notice quickly. Wildlife Control Specialist of Atlanta handled both the removal and the exclusion work for us, and the results were excellent. They assessed the entry points thoroughly, removed the squirrels humanely and efficiently, and sealed the structure so the problem would not simply return. Communication was clear from the initial inspection through completion, the crew was professional on site, and the work was finished cleanly with minimal disruption to residents. Follow-up confirmed the exclusion held. For a management company that needs reliable wildlife work across multiple properties, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. We would use them again and recommend them to other property managers dealing with similar issues.

This company provided a bat exclusion for me. I called them to exclude some bats from my attic. They answered the call, came out on a weekend within 24 hours of my call (the only company I could find to do this), were nice people, and installed a bat cone and wire netting over the outside of my gables. Within a few days the bats were gone. We gave it the recommended 2 weeks to be sure, then I called them to remove the cone and seal that spot up. They provide a 1 year warranty for the exclusion. They did not offer any sanitization of the attic (important after bats have been in there), nor did they seal up any other spots on the roof. When I later had another company out to quote for the sanitization piece (B***a), they pointed out all the other spots that need to be sealed up along the roof where animals can get in. That other company's (B***a) price for exclusion, which is a full house exclusion (not just for bats), including sealing up all the spots on the roof (not just wire meshing the gables) and doing the same for the crawl space was not much more than what Wildlife Control charged me to just screw on wire mesh to the gables. I was glad to find such a responsive company to get the bats out pronto, but it turns out I vastly overpaid for the work that was done when I hired this company.
