- WRW RockApr 1, 20261.0Ordered a $30k+ closet. Was nothing but headaches. Lack of communication after deposit. Installed looks nothing like the drawings. Ordered a black closet system and its full of brown holes. Save your money and go temu or IKEA. Walmart has same or better quality items.
- ACAbraham ChaMar 25, 20263.0Recently purchased the Poppin 2 drawer file cabinet and the product itself was fine but the one thing that was such an inconvenience was the metal spacer that separates the files was pre-ziptied to the drawer. The ziptie was so small I could not cut it, and had to force it off with pliers which made me bend and scratch the metal. It sounds very minor but there was no reason for it to be pre-ziptied down because it made it way more difficult to remove without damaging the product. I suggest that if you're going to pre-set the pieces, at least make it easy for us to remove and not ziptie it down.
