This laundromat is incredibly clean, well-managed, and offers better prices than the West End location. Ms. Mathis is absolutely spectacular and provides 10/10 customer service. She is friendly, professional, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. The difference in customer service is night and day. While the West End location has newer equipment, the management experience there has not been nearly as positive. I can’t speak highly enough about Ms. Mathis and the exceptional job she does. I also used the wash-and-fold service, and it far exceeded my expectations. My laundry was perfectly cleaned, neatly folded, and ready exactly when promised. From now on, I’ll be exclusively using this Speed Queen location. Between the outstanding customer service, spotless facility, better pricing, and excellent wash-and-fold service, it’s an easy five-star experience. Highly recommend!
