- ZFZora FooteJul 30, 20261.0Please do not use this company and if you are you should stop. In three months they claimed we had three issues, that were expensive repairs. We paid the first two times, even though our pool was only 4 years old and had been maintained weekly. The third time we hired an independent pool repair company (they were not pool cleaners-they had no advantage) to assess the claim. There were no problems other than Pool Troopers (more like pool poopers) turned off the pump and drained the water. Our pool was green for two weeks. We also consistently asked them not to leave the pool toys on the turf as the sun burns permanent marks into the green space via the inflatables. In three months they did it 4 times. They aren’t to be trusted.

My pool was filled with river water and fish from the flood and by the time he was finished it looked better than new! He even caught and carried some fish back to the river! I would definitely recommend Pool Troopers to clean and service your pool. I got a cleaning and acid wash. Beautiful job!
