If you know what to get and where to find it come here, but if not go to Home Depot on Ponce because no one will help you to find anything here, they will be all seat down on the patio area talking to each other or walking around on their AirPods, no one was able to help… the time I was walking around here I could have use it just to drive to Home Depot lol… and yes I ask multiple times for help and they all say that they will send someone on my way that never came.

This location may as well be unlisted. I’ve called 9 times today and waited 10-15 on the line and never reached a human being. Their delivery company showed up with 1 person to deliver a refrigerator to a third floor apartment (despite the notes stating exactly how many stairs, how many landings, the width between railings, etc.). I can’t schedule a re-delivery though because they don’t pick up the phone.

Placed an online order on Monday 07/27/2026 with Edgewood Lowes. The order was to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday evening was sent an email saying delayed. Wednesday morning 07/29/ 2026, I call the store for a status. I was told the order would be picked up in an hour and sent. About 30 minutes later I received a call saying the order was cancelled. Why did it take 24 hours for the store to cancel my order? I could have reorder on the 27 if the items were not to there. This is poor customer service. Although, this has set my timeline back, RJ was helpful in getting the items reordered. I will use Home Depot for future online orders.

Usually I'm only home depot, had a coupon for here so ordered a picnic table for assmebly, a drill, and drill bits.
Several things went wrong:
A.) Someone else was picking up the order with them being officially added onto the order, but unlike other companies where that pickup person can track, they couldnt.
B.) Ordered on 19th, 2 parts ready on 19th. Other 23rd. Go on the 20th, neither are ready and it won't be ready until 24th.
C.) Go on 24th, only one is ready, other is still shipping when they originally said it was in the store, and picnic table is still not ready and now can't be ready until 27th.
I just cancelled the rest. Ive shopped in person, done online delivery or pickup with home depot 20+ times in Atlanta since moving and have not had a single issue. Never again
