Sometimes you can get a deal but if you need information, or a wood or pipe cut, go somewhere else. Stood around today for 20+ minutes and "helpful employees" who could do nothing paged 3x for a pipe cut and no one answered. I waste a lot of time here because they don't employ anyone who knows about any of their products anymore.

This will be my second time shopping online with Lowe’s and my last both times have ended in frustration. This most recent time I have been unable to cancel an online order for pick up. Going into the store I was given a number to call after waiting on hold for 20 minutes someone answered I told them what I needed they put the phone down and walked away I could hear them eating and playing on their phone so I called back after getting no response for a few minutes and the Second Lady tried to help me at first then began speaking with a muffled tone and saying random words then said goodbye and put the phone on the table again and left it for 30 minutes all while I could hear stuff going on in the background. All to say I will never be using Lowe’s again it’s not worth the headache

Update: I called at noon the next day (22 hours after placing the order) to see when my order would be fulfilled. I spent five minutes repeating “speak to a human” to their AI IVR before finally getting connected to someone who then connected me to someone else who then put me on hold for another 5 minutes and then muttered something unintelligible that sounded like “check back after 4 pm.”
So I canceled my order and will go to Ace Hardware after work.

The staff at the Edgewood store has been really nice and helpful when I’ve shopped in store, but when I’ve placed pickup or curbside orders, it’s a disaster. Last time I used the pickup service, the locker had someone else’s (much more expensive) items and it took them 10 minutes to figure out where my items were. I canceled my last curbside order after waiting 6 hours for them to fulfill it with no updates.
I took a chance on another curbside order today with the intention of picking it up after work - it’s now 7 hours later, the store closes in an hour. I doubt I’m getting my order today.
If this store isn’t going to support curbside or pickup orders, I wish they’d stop offering the service.
