  Laura was the worst. I have been to love sac multiple times and is a returning customer, the aggressiveness to get a sale was such a turn off to me. I do believe in trying to close a deal, but if I say let me think about I would like that respect. I do not care for the constant assertiveness coming from a sales rep. The constant talking over me, the constant outreach and rhetoric questions that are constantly being asked. Due to me loving love sac and the quality of the brand is the only reason I will return, but Laura will NEVER see me again. I will only order online or go to another location.

  My wife and I purchase a new Sactional from this store and Laura the Manager was fantastic. She went above and beyond and you can tell she loves what she does. She also knows her product inside and out. In today’s world where Customer Service does not exist it is refreshing to have worked with Laura through the process. We also love our new sactional which happened to replace and old we we had. Thanks Laura

  Our experience shopping for a couch was phenomenal. Laura was extremely helpful and informative. Happy to announce that great customer service still exists! The particular couch we got didn’t work for us but Lovesac’s excellent return policy made our return a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

  Sabrina at Love Sac was AMAZING! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in designing the perfect customized sectional for our space. She gave great suggestions, made the order process easy and streamlined. And we never felt pressured to purchase (unlike some other stores). And incredibly fast delivery. Placed our order on Thursday, and delivered on Sunday! Can’t wait to enjoy!
