- ARAdriana RossApr 27, 20261.0PLEASE make the drive to the Interlock location instead. Two words to describe this team: liars and scammers. They will do anything to get a sale and become completely unhelpful once the order is complete. We purchased a couch and let Miracle (sales associate) know that holding the couch would make us more comfortable with buying, since we were moving soon. She assured us they could hold it until April 22 and that the date could be extended if needed — which we found out was a lie. Second lie: we were told adjustments could be made to our order until it ships. I called to make an adjustment before it shipped and was told no changes could be made. This happened twice — once just days after ordering, and again in April — both times before our order had even been released. Shaheer stopped responding entirely when I reached out about canceling. I had to go through a general customer service rep instead. The manager at this location (name starts with A) also lied to get a sale.

I received an email on August 9th saying it shipped and it never did. I've called the store 4 times and every time I'm told a manager will call me back and they never do. It's December and I'm still waiting on a call back or a refund.
