Today I came into the facility today to voice my dissatisfaction with my overall experience at the storage unit. The manager, Jacob, opened up the doors of the office as they were closing up and first sat down and made sure I felt heard about my concerns and then went right into action to address them. This extra space storage is truly the best in the city.

Jacob was an amazing help! I rented my storage unit during a very difficult transitional time in my life, and at the time I didn’t have all the information I needed or really knew what to expect, I hate moving. Two months later, Jacob took the time to patiently walk me through everything all over again, answered every question I had (and there were plenty) and made sure I was fully setup as far as auto pay and their mobile app that I knew nothing about. This day and time I need convenience and he provided just that!! Thank you Jacob

Jacob and Melanie were extremely helpful and welcoming and made my rental experience easy to understand. They answered all my questions and walked me through how to get into my unit as well as checked to make sure my keypad and keys were working before I left. I highly recommend seeing them in person at the office before renting as they explained the terms and the different types of units (which was hard to tell online). I won't hesitate to come to the office in the future if I have a problem. Thank you for making this easy!
