Jabria Gray has been EXCEPTIONAL to work with as we get started on our storage journey!! My daughter will be attending college in ATL in the fall. My daughter and I visited the campus and May and learned a storage would be needed. We stopped by a few Extra Storage locations but decided on this location because of our interaction with Jabria. She answered my questions, showed us a few spaces to be sure we understood what we needed. She was and continues to be very patient considering we are from TX and needed a bit more handholding. She told me spaces fill fast, and the rates could change by the time the fall semester started, so she encouraged me to plan ahead. I listened and reached out just in time to get the last space available in the size needed. (whew!)
Jabria walked me through securing my space, setting up my account on line, signing my documents and ensuring my understanding of questions and details I inquired about. She was VERY helpful and extremely patient. There were a few steps and Im not the fastest with technology, so I needed a little extra and she provided it. You are an asset to Extra Storage and I appreciate you!

I had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Brianna and Jabria! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process.
What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by giving me a tour of the facility, showing me exactly how to access my storage unit, and even teaching me how to properly use the lock. Their customer service was exceptional, and they truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and welcoming.
Brianna and Jabria are a wonderful team, and Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have them. If you’re looking for a storage facility with employees who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend this location!
