Very clean facilities. Everything gets access with codes very safe facility to store items. One of very few with rest room access very clean rest room also. Staff is great. Keyshia is awesome very good personality very professional made me feel very welcome. Look forward to doing business again.

Great experience overall. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. I also love the digital access feature, which makes getting in and out easy. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the cleanliness and convenience help make it worth it. My only suggestion would be to increase the number of carts available. When I first moved in, there seemed to be more carts, but lately they can be difficult to find, especially considering the number of units. Aside from that, I’ve been very pleased with my experience.

Belinda provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! Moving can be stressful, but she made the entire storage process easy and seamless. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and I felt confident knowing my belongings would be stored safely. Belinda went above and beyond to help me find the right unit for my needs and made sure I understood all of my options. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend asking for Belinda—you’ll be in great hands!

Balinda and Keisha were both extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything quick, smooth, and stress free while still taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was handled correctly. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service and keeping the facility running efficiently. The property was clean, organized, and well managed. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a storage facility thanks to them both. Highly recommend.

First, I want to say that whoever is answering the phones at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had been paying a certain monthly rate, and then suddenly the amount almost doubled. When I called to ask about it, the representative stated that notices had been mailed to an address where I no longer live, which is part of the reason my belongings are currently in storage while I’m in the process of building a house.
I explained that the information she was giving me was not what I was told when I originally signed up. Her response was, “NOBODY TOLD YOU THAT. I expect you to read the contract.” It was very disrespectful and dismissive. She repeatedly spoke over me and acted as though she knew exactly what conversations I had previously had with staff.
When I said I would call back to speak with someone else, she told me, “Well, you’re going to talk to me,” in a very rude and condescending tone.
This entire interaction was unacceptable customer service. I truly hope management addresses how customers are being treated at this location. As soon as I’m able to fly into town, I will be removing my belongings from storage.
