This is my second time using Extra Space Storage. Their facilities are VERY Clean and I feel my belongings are safe there. They have a variety of sizes of units and can accommodate whatever your needs may be. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, too!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a storage company. Extra Space Storage failed to protect my belongings after my unit was broken into, and their third-party insurance company has been a complete nightmare to deal with.
I have spent months going back and forth trying to get reimbursed for items that were stolen, and instead of helping, they make you feel ignored, dismissed, and exhausted. The communication is terrible, the claim process is slow and frustrating, and it honestly feels like they are hoping customers will just give up and walk away.
What is the point of paying for storage and insurance if no one wants to take responsibility when theft actually happens? I trusted this company with my personal property, and when I needed help the most, they completely failed me.
The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss, and I would never recommend this company or their insurance provider to anyone. If you value your belongings, think twice before storing anything here because when something goes wrong, you may be left fighting on your own.
