  Sarah was very polite and not only is she giving customer service but she treat everyone like family and wants to make sure you get a good experience in and outside of ExtraSpace storage on Cheshire bridge rd . Not only do I love her as a person but I love her personality as well . I would definitely recommend her to everyone else she is a 10/10!

  I moved to ATL on some random decision to leave home and needed a place to store my belongings until I find a place to make my own and I found Extra Space Storage and let’s just say they were professional, helpful, informative and patient with me! Sara worked with me and made it easy to take care of my every need! I recommend this storage space for anyone needing assistance in storage! 5 stars! Thanks guys and gals!

  I had such a great experience with Sara at Extra Space Storage. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was fully prepared for move-in day. Since I’m moving in on a day the office will be closed, she made sure I downloaded the app, knew how to access my gate code, and even tested everything to make sure the gate would open properly for me. I also mentioned to her that I was nervous about going to the unit by myself, and without hesitation, she kindly accompanied me. That level of care and customer service truly meant a lot to me. Sara made the entire process feel comfortable, stress-free, and personal. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!

  Excellent service from start to finish. Sara Pinho was professional, friendly, and extremely patient as they showed me the storage space and answered all my questions. They guided me through every step, explained the options clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage.

  I have a love/hate relationship with Extra Space Storage. Here in Atlanta, their locations are incredibly convenient and easy to access throughout the city. However, one thing to be mindful of is signing up under a promotional rate—because within a year, your monthly fee can easily double or even triple as prices steadily increase. My biggest issue with Extra Space Storage happened just last week. On April 2, I went in to book a unit. Before doing so, I explained to the front desk associate that I had previously rented a unit there for years, which eventually went into foreclosure. At the time, a former employee had actually suggested that instead of sorting through everything myself, I could allow the unit to go to auction. She explained that after the account balance was settled, I could potentially receive any remaining proceeds. Based on that guidance, I followed her advice and let the unit be auctioned off. Fast forward to this month—I shared that background with the associate, and he proceeded to rent me a new unit. That same day, I received multiple confirmation emails, signed agreements, app instructions, and everything indicated that I was all set. However, when I returned on April 17 with movers I had paid over $200 to transfer items from my office into the unit, I was shocked to find that I didn’t have a unit at all. I waited outside for 10–15 minutes, calling and texting the number listed on the door, which indicated someone was on-site but away from the desk. After finally reaching the corporate office, I was told that my reservation had been canceled. The problem? I never received any cancellation notice via email. At that point, I had no choice but to pay the movers to take everything back to my office. The entire situation was a huge inconvenience and completely derailed my morning. Situations like this shouldn’t happen, especially when customers have signed agreements and confirmations in hand. They later said they couldn't rent to me because of the prior foreclosure years ago, and I think, this should have been stated before they gave me the unit, but also, why would their front desk person tell me about the auction and recommend it if it would later put me on a do not rent list. The customer service rep that eventually told me the reason my unit was cancelled, also confirmed what the person told me about the storage auctions was 100% true. I told her I wouldn't have that information personally if someone at their facilities did not tell me that. -_- I hope Extra Space Storage takes steps to improve communication and accountability so others don’t have to go through this.
