I had that storage unit for 8 years. Everything was okay. Unfortunately, there was no one or one person (if I was lucky). And there was no dumpster, and only 2 carts for the entire facility.

A great storage facility. I’ve had a unit here for about 13 years. Didn’t check on it for about 10 years, and then when I got back into town to retrieve some belongings, everything was just as I had left it — no weird surprises like dust, mildew, mold, etc, and the facility is super secure. Plus, the customer service has always been superb. Really friendly, really helpful. (I had long-since lost my key, so they accommodated in breaking the lock and helping me procure a new one, with no “hidden fees” or anything.) Always available to help me straighten things out over the phone if I ever need to check in on issues like missed payments. (Shout out to Brittany for helping today, and to the rest of the gang!)
