⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had initially planned to store my belongings at a storage facility closer to where I’m going to reside, but after finding dead rodents, rat packs, and spider webs inside the unit—and experiencing extremely rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional behavior from the manager—I decided to look elsewhere. Having used Extra Space Storage in the past with great experiences, I chose the closest Extra Space location I could find, and I am so glad I did. Nikki and Keyonna provided exceptional customer service from the moment I arrived. They made my move-in process smooth and stress-free by paying attention to my needs and proactively assisting me without me even having to ask. After moving my items into the unit, I noticed that the main door would not close as I was leaving. Thinking I may have done something incorrectly, I went to the office for assistance. Nikki and Keyonna explained that they had intentionally secured the door open to make my move easier and assured me they would lock it back afterward. We shared a great laugh and had a pleasant conversation. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. It's refreshing to do business with a company where the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I am very happy with my decision to move my belongings here and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, secure facility with a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
