- LMLynn McLaughlinJun 3, 20265.0Excellent help.
- RRRyanJan 8, 20262.0Beware - I wish we had read the reviews ahead of time, dumb on our part. They were so convincing up front that everything would be done quickly by their "workshop" We called weekly for updates, never heard back even when their manager repeatedly said she would call me back. I finally had to go into the store. Everything they repeatedly blamed on "the workshop" and took no ownership for it being their production staff. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the 2 cushions look good after 3+ months
- GGgardeng8Jun 17, 20215.0A great selection of fabric and such good customer service. I found just what I was looking for and should have gone here first. Very satisfied.
- EEErika EvelethDec 2, 20161.0I wish I could them no stars and still write a review. One of the worst customer service experience I've had in my life. Not only did they tell me that they would cut my fabric that I ordered (and didn't), but when I came into the store after getting said fabric and asked for them to cut it they laughed and asked in a condescending way, "do you not have scissors?" I then, as calmly as I could, asked them if they still had the dimensions for the cuts I needed on file and proceeded to tell me yet again that they couldn't cut it.
