  Had a great experience at Brookhaven Storage! Janine and Ryan followed up on my parking unit request shortly after they opened Monday morning. Janine gave me an in person tour of the parking spot and the lot. The paperwork process was quick and easy! Very happy with the location and the grounds were well kept and clean.

  After a thorough vetting we elected to park our motorhome here for a bit. The manager and staff here are very courteous and professional and seem to have a good handle on the business of running a large facility like this one. Very secure and well monitored. We believe we made a good decision. Kudos again to Janine and team!

  I’ve been a customer here for the past 7 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe the entire time. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

  Listen, I'm a critical customer. I opted for Brookhaven Storage because I want a human element as part of the service I pay for. Ryan took my call to see units and that day, I was able to tour the facility with his help. He showed me the options and talked through my needs and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell me. Booking process seamless. The facility was clean, secure and clearly climate controlled. I had no issues on the first trip there but if I did- I had no doubt that I would have been assisted. Spend local when you can. I look forward to following up this review at the end of my lease with a glowing praise of Brookhaven Storage.
