- DAD ASep 12, 20262.0I came here in 2024, it was very nice. Went back today (Sept 2026) to shop - what is going on?? There is extensive water damage to the ceiling, MOLD spots all over the ceiling, wet floor/carpet and a bucket to catch water! The escalator was also super dirty. Not the kind of vibes I want when looking to spend a lot of money on nice things for the home.
- KKKishaSep 11, 20265.0I love me some bed bath & beyond if you're looking for home essentials etc this is the place to go also shipping is quick!
- AHAnthony HunnicuttSep 8, 20265.0Never shopped for myself inside this store but when I tell you the staff here is amazing. Always willing and helpful. Thank you all so much!
- GWGinger Raymond WillifordJun 28, 20262.0If you’re going to do the Elfa from here, pay the ridiculous amount of money they charge for them to install it. Then they can deal with their mistakes and you won’t have to. I thought I could do it myself but between multiple things missing from my order (and therefore multiple trips to the store) and things still not fitting as they should, I’m really wishing I hadn’t bothered. I’m beyond frustrated with the experience overall. Do not recommend. Only giving two stars because after the first very rude employee I spoke with, the second at least treated me with respect and gave me a $25 gift card.
