Knowledgeable about their products. Extremely helpful! People at the registers are ready to assist you in checking out, not talking or playing with their phones. Personal touch. Epps bridge is the best! Thank you for quality service.

The kind of place where there will be 10 people waiting for 2 cashiers and one of the cashiers will just walk away.

The cashiers working today (11am to 2pm) in the lumber section need a lesson on customer communication and customer service. Mine as well be the managers sitting around joking with the other cashiers too. 6 people joking around and 1 acting like it was going to kill them to check me out real quick. If you don't want to work then quit. There are a lot of people who want to. A robot would have been more helpful and friendly and at this point I'd be fine with it. No "hello" "ready to check out?" absolutely nothing. I said "how are you" to them and they just stared at me. Only they told me was the total. Not a "good bye" or anything. Just a recpiet and a stare. I get people have rough days but if you can stand there laughing at jokes one second and then behave this way a second later. Obviously, I must be the problem for whatever reason that is. Lowe's, don't reply and ask me to call a number about my experience. I wasted enough time writing this review. How about you send someone from corporate and experience it yourself while you try to check out.

Great service by humans but I really don't have to talk to AI on the phone. A 10 minute phone call for a robot to tell me about pine straw is ridiculous! Lose the AI, Lowes!!

My grandmother's hot water heater started leaking like a faucet yesterday -- outside the warranty, obviously. She decided to buy a replacement from this Lowe's. This whole process included three separate phone calls to the store in addition to the in-person visit to pick it up. Despite it being a little outside the norm for a remote purchase and physical pick-up, every single employee we dealt with was helpful, efficient, and seemed like they were genuinely glad they were able to help us get what we needed. Not just "customer service" glad, but actually, genuinely happy to help. Obviously it's still their job, but they were just so awesome to talk to at every single point. They were so efficient it almost seemed like they were mind-readers at times. The whole Lowe's experience at 6ish on Tuesday 4/28 turned a very stressful problem at the end of a long, already terrible day into a mild inconvenience and kept me from losing my sanity lol. Very possibly the most pleasant in-person shopping experience I've had since before COVID. If you have a problem in your house, go to Lowe's. The AI that answers the phone before you can get to a person could use some improvement, though. It kept trying to redirect me to things that it could answer instead of what I actually needed, which was especially frustrating when compared to how quick and painless the conversation was once I actually got to talk to the employees in the store.
